Passive Voice: had been + 3rd form of the verb.

Active Voice Passive Voice

1. They had bribed the clerk. The clerk had been bribed by them.

2. I had not tasted this dish before. This dish had not been tested by me before.

3. Had she posted the letter? Had the letter been posted by her?

Rule: Had + been + form of the verb.
