pasteurized milk needs to be stored under refrigeration to keep bacterial growth in check justify this statement plzzz.

Pasteurization is the process in which milk is heated to a very high temp. and then suddenly cooled. This doesnt kill the microbes present in the milk. It just makes them inactive. So, after buying it, we should keep it fridge to inhibit the growth and make sure it doesnt become active.
