The origin of Pâté is France and Belgium. It consists of mixture of “cooked ground meat and fat”. These two are minced into a spreadable paste. It can be served either hot or chilled for two to three days. Mostly, the chilled one develops a better taste and flavor. Since meat and fat is added, it will not be liked by some.
