Explanation:
True solutions are homogeneous in nature. Due to this they do not contain any suspended particle which can scatter the light. In heterogeneous solution like soap water solution the soap particles are suspended and moving in zig Zag manner (Brownian motion). when a light beam passes through the soln. and strikes the soap particles, it deviated from its original path called scattering of light which makes the path of light in solution visible. But this phenomenon due to absence of such suspended particle cannot be seen in true solution.
