schistosoma haematobium belongs to phylum helminthes require two hosts to complete its life cycle primary host is man and secondary host is snail.as if we take dracanculus belong to annelida phylum primary host is man and secondary host is cyclops. plasmodium vivax is most important example as also it requires two host.primary host is female culex mosquito and secondary host is man.
