सविनय निवेदन है कि मुझे एक सप्ताह का अवकाश चाहिए क्योकि मेरी माँ बहुत बीमार है वह एक सप्ताह से अस्पताल मे भर्ती है। डाक्टर ने उन्हे आराम करने की सलाह दी है वो अकेली है क्योकि पापा कार्यालय के काम से दिल्ली जा रहे हैं । इसलिए मुझे माँ का ध्यान रखने के लिए उनके साथ रहना है। मै दिनांक 10 जनवरी से 16 जनवरी तक कक्षा मे उपस्थित नही रह सकूँगा।

(My humble request is, I want one week leave because my mother is not feeling well, she is admitted to hospital since one week, Doctor has advised her for bed rest and she is all alone because my father is going to Delhi for official work, so to take care of my mom I have to stay with her. I will not remain in the class from 10 Jan to 16 Jan).
