I don't know full information but some information are With the reintroduction of Board Exams in CBSE Class 10, it’s the time when everyone is keen to know the exam pattern and type of questions to be asked in CBSE Class 10 Board Exams 2018. As, from now students will have to study the whole syllabus for annual exams, students must work smart and hard to adapt to the latest changes. They must start doing an effective preparation to cover the whole syllabus and then start revisions before exams. But before they start preparing for exams they must have an idea about the exam structure and type of questions to be asked in CBSE Class 10 Board Exams 2018.

From the current session the examination pattern for CBSE Class 10 has been changed. CBSE recently released the sample papers for all important subjects to give an idea of the examination pattern to be followed in Class 10 Board Exams 2018.

CBSE Class 10 Mathematics Sample Paper 2017-2018

Here, we will discuss about the major changes observed in the latest examination pattern to be followed in CBSE Class 10 Mathematics Board Examintion 2018.

CBSE Class 10 Mathematics Exam Pattern to be follwoed in Board Exam 2018, is explained below:

CThe previous dual assessment scheme in CBSE class 10 has been replaced with the annual board exams. Previously, the CBSE Class 10 Mathematics Exam used to be conducted in two segments; Summative Assessment-I and Summative Assessment-II, each carrying 90 marks. Each assessment included half of the whole syllabus. But now board will conduct the class 10 Mathematics exam for 80 marks covering 100% syllabus of the subject. Other 20 marks are kept with schools for internal assessment (IA).

Marking Scheme for CBSE Class 10 Mathematics Sample Paper 2017-2018

IA comprises:

Periodic Tests (PT) with weightage of 10 marks each

Notebook Submission of 5 marks

Subject Enrichment Activities of 5 marks.

CBSE Class 10 Mathematics Syllabus 2017-2018

As per the sample paper, released by the CBSE Board, the new examination pattern for CBSE Class 10 Mathematics Board Exam 2018 will be according to the following format:

The Maths question paper will comprise of a total of 30 questions divided into four sections, viz., A, B, C and D.

Candidates must provide an stepwise solution to every question as separate marks will be provided for each step.

Also, candidates must be very careful about writing the conclusion at the end of each question which definitely carries half to one mark depending upon the total marks assigned to that question.

Internal choices shall be provided for:

4 questions form the set of 3 marker questions

3 questions from the set of 4 marker questions
