Let Paul age=x
Father= 2x

Father=2x-10
4(x-10)=2x-10
4x-40=2x-10
4x-2x=-10+40
2x=30
X=30/2
x=15
2x=30

Pauls age=x-10
Fathers age =2x-10
4(x-10)=2x-10
4x-40=2x-10
4x-2x=-10+40
2x=30
x=30/2
x=15
