Answer:

profit of pavan is 19,300/

profit of rashaan is 25,700

Step-by-step explanation:

ratio of rupees of pavan and rashaan= 1,50,000:2,00,000

simplify 15:20

3:4

total parts in 3:4 is 7 out of which 3 parts is for pavan and 4 parts is for rashaan

profit of pavan 3/7×45,000=19,285.71≅[approximately equal] 19,300

profit of rashaan 4/7×45,000=25,714.28≅25,700

The answer is Rs 22500

GIVEN

Pavan and roshan started a business with 150000 and 200000 respectively After nine months roshan left from the business At the end of the year they got a profit of 45000.

TO FIND

The profits are shared by pavan and roshan.

SOLUTION

We can simply solve the above problem as follows;

Duration of Pawan in business = 12 months

Duration of Rishan in business = 9 months.

Ratio of durations = 12 : 9 = 4:3

Ratio of investments = 150000 : 200000 = 3 : 4

Compound ratio of investments and duration = 3:4 and 4:3 = 3×4 and 4×3 = 12 : 12 = 1:1

profit sharing should be dependent upon compound ratio that is equally.

Profit incurred = Rs 45,000

Total part = 1 + 1 = 2

Pawan's profit = 45000 × 1/2 = Rs 22500

Roshan's profit = 45000 - 22500 = Rs 22500

Hence, The answer is Rs 22500
