Subject: Encroachment on pavements meant for pedestrians.

Dear sir,

I am a resident of Delhi. Wherever I go I find pavements meant for pedestrians are encroached by different vendors. As almost all the pavements are full of fruit, vegetable sellers and other vendors, pedestrians are forced to walk on the roads which are already full of vehicles.

I would like to draw attention to the fact that lakhs of rupees have been spent on the construction of these pavements. But the pavements are being used for some other purpose. I have started feeling that the taxes that we are paying to government for such work are getting wasted.

Hope you will voice my concern through your daily and there will be change in the scenario of the pavements.

Thanking you

Best Regards,

Rama.
