PDCA or plan-do-check-act or plan-do-check-adjust is a four-step management method used in business.

The fundamental principle of PDCA is iteration. Once a hypothesis is confirmed or negated, executing the cycle again will extend the knowledge further. By repeating the PDCA cycle the users can get closer to their goal of perfect operation and output.

It involves the "hygienic" separation of each phase. It is also known as a system for developing critical thinking.

PDCA stands for plan-do-check-act.It is an important source to implement TQM programs in most of the organizations in India.

It is also known as "Deming Wheel" which contains continuously improvement principles. Most of the Indian companies are not present in these places that forced them for improvement time by time. Implementing PDCA principle in companies is a great opportunity to improve business. Due to this all the companies in India especially TQM used PCDA principles for future success.

Hope this will help you.
