I peeked at my watch. It was exactly 12 midnight., I had missed the last bus home and hence I had walked for almost an hour. Thank God! Home was just a few kilometers away. Suddenly I was being chased by a dog and every second I spent running I got farther away from home ti'll I heard barking no more so I took a cab. But the thing is one of its wheels got punctured and honestly it seemed like the whole world was out to get me. I then noticed that there was another way to get home...
It was pitch black and all people could see were silhouettes under the moonlight. It was me riding a skooter I bribed a kid to give me. It wasn't my proudest moment but hey how was I gonna get home. It was 4 am when I finally got home. Other than getting bit by a dog, getting lost, resting at a gas station and bribing a kid I was fine until I got home thats when I realized nobody was home, for a split second I though "this is not my house" then I realized everybody was out partying because nobody had called me so I went to sleep. The next morning everybody was here so thankfully I guessed right but now I have a bigger problem I need to return the scooter I mean thats the easy part but the hard part is getting my 20 dollars back, oh well.
