if u r in a company of good friends ..then it can teach u new everyday every minute ....nd if u r in a company of bad friends they will ruin ur life as hell

It depends on how you take care of your pure pressure. It can be useful when you just need a break from any stress, but sometimes pure pressure can create more stress. In that case its harmful.
