Answer:

There are two ways to interpret there are two ways to interpret this question. A robbery with a deadly weapon versus robbery with a pen in your pocket pretending to be a deadly weapon, B robbery with a deadly weapon versus robbery with a pen as a weapon. Either way in most jurisdictions they would both fall under the category of armed robbery. If I stab you in the neck with a big fat pan it's going to make the same sort of hole as a bullet less the huge exit wound. If you are faking having a deadly weapon you are not only putting your own life at risk but those around you who are not involved. If somebody believes that you do in fact have a deadly weapon and that you are in fact robbing somebody and they decide to pull their own weapon and respond with deadly force there's always a chance that a bystander could be hit and killed or injured hence it's all the same armed robbery is armed robbery

Explanation:

It is true that pen robbery is worse than armed robbery. This is because armed robbery can be seen, planned and somehow its defense can be estimated also. On the other hand, pen robbery is normally well deceived so its damage cannot be estimated or even expected. From pen, people can give big surprises, shocks to the other person who might not know the damage that he is to get through pen robbery. Hence it is true that whenever doing any documentation, it is important to check and verify to avoid pen robbery
