Definitely the New Pennywise. The 1990 version wasn't all that powerful, he got defeated by 2 kids with a slingshot and some "battery acid". The new Pennywise is much more powerful. He can shapeshifter, teleport, grow his teeth etc. It took a pretty long and hard fight for the losers to defeat him, using way better weapons, like a bolt gun and a baseball bat. New Pennywise stomps.

Well, The 90s kids found 1990 version more scary that time but the 2017 version has more jumpscares!! Plus Bill in 2017 portrayed pennywise really good so I find pennywise of 2017 more scary and exciting than the 90s one,
and i think any of the 2 if scares an 80 year old man in dark night then it's equally fatal :)
