A fast moving vehicle creates a low pressure area and hence the air in the surrounding area will rush in to equalise the pressure. Hence an object in the path of the rushing air shall also gets displaced towards the train. Hence the advice. ..

Because there is air pressure around a particular area so if we stand there then because of air pressure around it we will be taken towards the train and we will get into the track and we will die
