People are allowed challenge government decision in the court. This refers to the fundamental right of people who are allowed to move to court if they think that any of their rights are violated by government. If they are not satisfied with the decision of lower court they can approach to high and supreme Court. The court have right to strike down laws if it thinks that it violates people's basic rights.
