people are studying English medium from lower classes to higher studies most of the student were unable to speak fluency English ...why???????

how do u speak ur mother tongue?? first u listened then u must have spoke.likewise listen to english and then try to cope with. good luck.

its because most of them even though studying in English medium speak in Hindi ( or their mother tongue ) with their friends and family
