Cricket is not played by the people in America.
(Is it so? I don't think so, They don't have team, maybe they'll play with friends. And this is the reason, Though Americans never played cricket in great numbers, the game grew for some time. Around the time of the United States Civil War, the game began competing with baseball for participants, but then slowly declined in popularity.
