dear sir or madam
as we all know due to the pandemic it has become compulsory for all of us to wear the mask, thankfully people are following the rules and regulations properly for covid-19 but as there are no rules and regulations made for the disposal of masks people are littering surgical masks everywhere which is making the environment dirty and as these masks are not made up of degradable material it's causing more harm to environment
I would request you to print some rules and regulations regarding disposal of surgical masks through your newspaper ,,, we can spread awareness by putting points such as
1. masks and other disposal material that are used to contain the printer make such as gloves must not be disposed of in the recycling bin with packaging cans extra or with organic waste do not throw them away with your general household Rubbish
2. the Mask should be placed into two small plastic bags one inside the other tie the bags firmly and throw them away with your general domestic waste if the mask have been contained with any infected person take extra care and write risk of contamination on the bag
I would be really considerate if you keep an eye on the issue.
