People of 14-60 age groups are included in the productive population. 14 is the age where the apprenticeship program started for an individual.

The engineering and mechanical companies started to hire an apprentice for the future development.

However, an employee is retired by the age of 60 with few facilities. Still, people work after 60 years as well which is not counted in the productive population of the country.

It is their personal choice to have some task at hand.
