people say we only use 10 percent of our brain,is it true? if not then why?

It is true that we usually use only 10% of our brain but not always few people who study very much uses more percentage of their brain.

For eg: Great scientist of the history Albert Einstein used approximately 20 to 25% of his brain due to which his brain is kept in museum.
