People should have the right to carry a gun,as crime rate is on the increase.How far do you agree

According to my point of view people should not be allowed to carry any gun cause gun is a weapon that can fire bullet if the person is in spitfire mood and if we will carry any gun then what will be the difference between police and a civillian and by keeping these points in mind I didn't agree to people carry any guns.
