are in problems, when they face challenges in life I agree with humans are mentally unstable due to problems but we should have faith in ourselves and think about the solution of it rather than making problems to rule on us

When they are out of their senses, like everyone else is. For such people, heart, soul and mind are different entities, they consider heart the birthplace of emotions and soul where upon it is bred. You see, nowhere the mention of mind? Because they don't even realize that everything, from emotions to perception to urges, are all born and brought up in the mind, the brain. They get stymied by the very smallest of an unprecedented situation, calling them problem and reacting in their way with emotions, unbeknownst of the fact that nature is playing fool of 'em. They have powerful mind, but the delusions of heart and soul impede the usage of it.

I hope this somewhat gets to your question
