Smoking leads to death.
- Tobacco smoke contains tar, acetone, carbon monoxide etc which are harmful to human body. Research has shown that tobacco reduces good cholesterol and increases bad cholesterol in blood.
- This bad cholesterol mainly forms plaque in coronary arteries leading to CAD(Coronary Artery Disorder). It can cause necrosis(death of heart muscles) and may finally lead to stoppage of heart(Myocardial Infarction or Cardiac Arrest).
