Part B

It was estimated that 280 people were going to vote. If this was true, how many people would have voted for Goron?

Part C

When votes were counted, it was found that 40 people voted for other, find the actual number of total voters. Was the estimate of total voters from part b accurate? Explain your thinking.

because 10 % is 40. so 100% is 400
