Benign arterial hypertension, hyaline forms in the 'wall' of 'small arteries' and arterioles producing thick wall known as arteriosclerosis. This may result in improper flow of blood, intestinal fibrosis, glomerular alteration and scaring around the glomeruli which is mentioned as periglomerular fibrosis.

EXPLANATION:
