Answer: 51 cm.

Step-by-step explanation: Perimeter of a rectangle= 2(l+b)

Here, Perimeter = 200 cm

Breadth= 49 cm.

2(l+b)=200

2(l+49)=200

l+49=200/2

l+49=100

l=100-49

l= 51

The length of the rectangle is 51 cm.

Given :

Perimeter = 200cm

breadth = 49 cm

Perimeter = 2(Length + Breadth)

200 = 2(Length + 49)

200 = 2Length + 98

2length = 200 - 98

2 Length = 102

Length = 102/2

Length = 51

Verify -

2(Length + Breadth)=perimeter

2(51 + 49) = 200

2(100) = 200

200 = 200.

Hence :

 \bold{Answer : \: Length \: = \: 51 \: cm}
