Perimeter of 2 square is 12 cm and 16 cm what will be the perimeter of new square whose area is equal to the sum of the sum of the area of first two square​

Perimeter of 1 square =

4 × side

12 = 4 × side

side = 12/4 = 3 cm

Area of first square = side × side

= 3 × 3 = 9 cm 2

Perimeter of 2 square =

4 × side

16 = 4 × side

side = 16/4 = 4 cm

Area of second square = side × side

= 4 × 4 = 16 cm 2

Area of new square = sum of area of both squares = 16 + 9 = 25 cm2 .
