Parameter = 2 ( x + x + 70 ) =210

or 2x + 70 = 210/2 = 105

or 2x = 105 - 70 = 35

or x = 35/2 = 17.5 m

And other side = 70 + 17 . 5 = 87 . 5 m

Perimeter =2(x+x+70)=210

So x=35/2=17.5
