PERIMETER = 2 ( L + B )

130 = 2 ( L + 30 )

130 = 2L + 60

2L = 130 - 60

2L = 70

L = 35 cm

AREA = LENGTH × BREADTH

= 30 × 35

= 1050 cm^2
