perimeter of the rectangle=2/5×40-2.4=13.6cm
let the length of the rectangle be x
2×(x+x/3)=13.6

4x=20.4
x=5.1cm
length of the rectangle=5.1cm
breadth of the rectangle=1.7cm
HOPE THIS HELPS A LOT.
