perimeter of a rectangle is 2m less than 2/5 of the perimeter of a square. if the perimeter of the square is 40m, find the length and breadth of the rectangle given that the breadth is 1/3 of the length.

2 x l+b
2x l+1/3l
2x4/3l=14
4/3l=7
l=21/4
l=5.25
b=5.25x1/3
=1.75
