perimeter of a rhombus is 100 cm and one of its diagonals is 48 cm long .find the area of rhombus.​

100/4 = 25

base is 25 cm

height = 48cm

area = 25 *48=1200cm²

side of rhombus=100/4

=25 cm

s=25+25+48/2=98/2=49

area of triangle=

 \sqrt{49(49 - 25)(49 - 25)(49 - 48)}

 \sqrt{49 \times 24 \times 24 \times 1}

=7×24 =168

area of rhombus =2×ar.of triangle

=2×168

=336 cm^2
