let height be a and base be b..
by Pythagoras theorem..
 {a }^{2}  +  {b}^{2}  =  {25}^{2}
 {(a + b)}^{2}  - 2ab = 625
 {35}^{2}  - 2ab = 625
1225 - 625 = 2ab
600 \div 2 = ab
ab = 300
area of triangle=1/2 *base*height
=1/2 *a*b
=1/2 *300
=150
150 {cm}^{2}
