Perimeter of square = perimeter of rectangle
Perimeter of square =4*side=60 cm
Then the perimeter of rectangle will be 60 cm

But perimeter of rectangle=2(l+b)
60=2(18+b)
60=36+2b
2b=24
b=12 cm

Area of rectangle=l*b
=18*12=216 cm²

Hey mate!!!

The perimeter of the square = perimeter of the rectangle.

And,
Side of the square = s = 15 cm.
Another side of the rectangle is 18 cm.
Let the breadth be x and the length of the rectangle is 18 cm.

Atq,
 4s = 2( l + b)
=> 4*15 = 2( 18 + x)
=> 60 = 2x + 36
=> 2x = 60 - 36
=> x = \frac{24}{2}
=> x = 12

Therefore,
Length of the rectangle is 12 cm.

And,
Area of the rectangle is l * b
=  12 * 18
=  216 cm^2
