Hey friend....
Here is your answer....

Let the length of room = x
Let the breadth of room=y

Y = x + 2

The perimeter of room = 56
2( l + b) =56
2(x + y) =56
2(x + x + 2) =56
2( 2x + 2) =56
2x + 2=28
Divide by 2 the above eq.
x + 1 =14
x=13 cm
y=15cm
Length =13cm
Breadth =15cm

\textbf{\underline{\underline{According\:to\:the\:Question}}}

\textbf{\underline{P\;of\;Square\;Room}}

= 56 m

\textbf{\underline{Length}}

\tt{\rightarrow\dfrac{P}{4}}

\tt{\rightarrow\dfrac{56}{4}}

= 14 m

\textbf{\underline{Hence}}

\textbf{\underline{Length\;of\;Each\;Side}}

= 14 m

\textbf{\underline{Next\;room\;is\;2m\;more}}

Assume

\textbf{\underline{Breadth\;of\; Rectangle}}

= p

Therefore,

\textbf{\underline{Length\;will\;be\;p+2}}

\textbf{\underline{p\;of\;both\;room\;is\;same}}

Using Formula :-

Perimeter of rectangle = 2(L + B)

56 = 2(p + p + 2)

56 = 2p + 2p + 4

56 - 4 = 4p

4p = 52

\tt{\rightarrow p=\dfrac{52}{4}}

p = 13 m

Hence,

\textbf{\underline{Breadth\;of\; Rectangle}}

= 13 m

Also

Length

13 + 2 = 15 m

Therefore,

{\boxed{\sf\:{Length\;and\;breadth\;of\;2^nd \;room = 15m\;and\;13m}}}
