AB = AC = 5/6BC

AB + BC + AC = 544

5/6BC + 5/6BC + BC = 544

5BC + 5BC + 6BC / 6 = 544

16BC/6 = 544

BC = 544 * 6 / 16

AB = AC = 5/6 * 204  = 170 cm

Area of triangle ABC = b/4√4a² - b²  [a is the side , b is the base]

=204/4  √4(170)² - (204)²

=51√11560 -41616

=51 * √73984

=51 * 272

=13872 cm²
