As per the data given in the question,

We have to determine the perimeter of rectangle.

As we know that,

Perimeter means the sum of all sides of the figure which may be any quadrilateral.

So, we can simply say that,

If we add the length of all sides of quadrilateral and add them we will get the value of Perimeter of the quadrilateral.

As we know that,

In rectangle, the opposite sides are equal, so we can say that length and breadth of the rectangle are equal.

So, if we let the length of rectangle as l

and breadth of rectangle as b

So, we will get perimeter of rectangle as,

Perimeter = (l+l+b+b) = 2l+2b\\=>Perimeter = 2(l+b)

Hence, value of perimeter of rectangle will be 2(l+b)

From the data given in the question,

We have to find the perimeter of rectangle.

As we know that,

The Perimeter means the sum of all sides of the figure which may be any quadrilateral.

So, we can explain that,

If we add the length of all sides of quadrilateral and add them we will get the value of Perimeter of the quadrilateral.

As we know that,

In rectangle, the opposite sides are equal, so we can say that length and breadth of the rectangle are equal.

So, if we let the length of rectangle as l

and breadth of rectangle as b.

So, we will get perimeter of rectangle as,

Perimeter =(l+l+b+b)=2 l+2 b => Perimeter =2(l+b)

Hence, the perimeter of rectangle will be 2(l+b).
