16 a +8b -6c =2 (5a +3b -4c +width)
16a + 8b -6c =10a +6b -8c +2width
6a +2b +2c =2(width )
width =3a + b+ c
hence another side of rectangle is 3a +b+c

we know that perimeter =2(l+b)
so here let the other side be X
now,
2(5a+3b-4c+x)=16a+8b-6c
10a+6b-8c+2x=16a+8b-6c
2x=6a+2b+2c
therefore.. X=3a+b+c!
