so, the solid is cylinder, since the perimeter of base is in terms of pie.

so first we will find radius

perimeter (circle) = 2πr

8π. = 2πr

8π/2π. = r

4 = r

TSA = π r^2 h

= π 4^2 h

= 16πh

so the height is not specified, so i leave it as it is
