  • Perimeter =160 [ Given ]

Let the length be x and breadth be 3x

According to question:-

We know that,

Perimeter of rectangle = 2( l + b)

putting the values

160=2( x + 3x)

=> 160 = 2 × 4x

=> 160 = 8x

=> x = 160/8

=> x = 20

Length = x = 20

Breadth = 3x =3 × 20 =60
