Answer:

lets take two squares,

A and B,

let A =748cm

and B=336cm

according to the formula,

side of a square = perimeter/4

thus ,

1. side of square A =748cm/4=187cm

2.side of the square B=336cm/4=84cm

as we know ,

Area of a square = side ×side

then,

1.area of square A=187cm×187cm=34969sq.cm

2.Area of square B=84cm×84cm=7056sq.cm

Sum of the area of the square =Area of square A +Area of square B

- sum of the area of the square=34969sq.cm+7056sq.cm

sum of areas of the square =42025sq.cm

thus ,

let the new square formed by adding the area be C

Area of square C=42025sq.cm

Side of a square= root of its Area

Side of square C=root of 42025 Sq.cm

205cm

as 205cm ×205 cm =42025sq.cm

thus ,

side of square C=205 cm

now,

Perimeter of a square = 4×side

Perimeter of Square C=4×205 cm

=820cm

:. Perimeter of the square is 820 cm
