B,C,E,F are the covalent compounds
out of D and E , D is bigger as ,as u grow from left to right of the periodic table the atomic size decreases as more electrons are found in the shells of an atom as u go towards right, the
attraction of the electons with the nucleus increases and the atom shrinks in size

Hello!!

Your answer is:

i) B, C, E and F are the elements that form covalent compounds because they are non metals and covalent compounds are formed by non metals only.

ii) D is a metal with valency 3 because it lies in group 13 and has 3 valence electrons.

iii) B is a non metal with valency 3( 8 - 5 = 3) as it lies in group 15 and has 5 valence electrons.

iv) D is bigger than E in size because the radius of the atom of the element decreases across the period from left to right.

Hope it helps!!!
