concepts :- perpendicular distance of \{x_1,y_1,z_1\} from ax + by + cz + d = 0 is given by \frac{|ax_1+by_1+cz_1+d|}{\sqrt{a^2+b^2+c^2}}

here, a = 3, b = -6 and c = 2 and point (2, -3, 6)
so, perpendicular distance = |3 × 2 - 6 × -3 + 2 × 6 + 10|/√{3² + (-6)² + 2²}

= |6 + 18 + 12 + 10|/√(9 + 36 + 4)}

= 46/7

hence, option (b) is correct.
