so, perpendicular distance = |3 × 2 - 6 × -3 + 2 × 6 + 10|/√{3² + (-6)² + 2²}
= |6 + 18 + 12 + 10|/√(9 + 36 + 4)}
= 46/7
hence, option (b) is correct.
