Perpendicular height of a cone is 12 cm amd its slant height is 13 cm. Find the radius of the base of the cone.

Given; h = 12 cm, l = 13 cm
Here, r2= l2- h2= 132- 122= 169 – 144 = 25Or,
r = 5 cmVolume of cone = 1/3 π r2h= (1/3) X (3.14) X 52X 12 = 314 cubic cm= 0.314 litre

putt the formula l= √ r2+ h2 in whole root
then the putting values
the radius will come in square
then remove root the radius will comes
