No she is wrong because the convict wasnt the one he supposed to be

Keeping Persome’s character in mind she was justified in calling the convict ‘BLACKGUARD’. Though the Bishop’s sister, she did not possess a compassionate and loving heart. Her ordinary understanding could not look deep into the causes of his hurts and pain that had converted into a bad human being. She just judged him considering the current happenings. She just considered the following factors while forming her perception about the convict:
1. He was behaving like a criminal. He was holding the knife in his hand and threatening the Bishop and her.
2. The Bishop treated him kindly. Fed him, gave him shelter. In spite of this generosity, he stole the Bishop’s precious candlesticks.
