Step-by-step explanation:

B sold the watch at 30% profit

130%=2275

100%=2275×100/130=1750

cost price of B=(1750-500)=1250Rs

A sold the watch at 25% profit

125%=1250

100%=1250×100/125Rs=1000Rs

cost price of A is Rs 1000
