ing the Dussehra vacation, but due to certain unforeseen circumstances, you have

Explanation:

Dear Ram,

I hope you are doing well and that your preparations for Dussehra are underway. I know I promised to come and visit you during the vacations this year but unfortunately, I will have to cancel the plan.

My exams that were to take a place a month after the vacations have been preponed. I now have to use these vacations to catch up and study.

I apologize for this but hope that I can make it during the next vacation in December. please visit me if you can and I will show you the beautiful city of Hyderabad.
