The lady was dealing with an old man and I had to wait for an hour to talk to her. ... Thus, it took me two to three hours to get the initial process done

yeah I had been to bank so many times, it will be like you are the only one their with a credit or debit card and so many AI or thieves around you. But they are not at all because they help us withdraw some money for our urgency
